La Bella Vita in Aosta!

3 unforgettable days of e-MTB touring through the magnificent Aosta Valley, featuring legendary passes, flowy singletracks, and panoramas of the Aosta Valley's highest peaks, with shuttle support, local guide, and luggage transport included.

Highlights

  • Legendary passes & alpine panoramas

High-altitude starts at iconic sites like the Grand-Saint-Bernard, with views of the historic hospice and the surrounding peaks.

  • Flowy & accessible singletracks

Rolling trails, tailored for e-bikes, accessible to intermediate-level riders. You don't need to be an expert to enjoy yourself.

  • Shuttles & luggage included

Beautiful e-bike-friendly climbs are on the program. The shuttles mainly help skip unnecessary or uninteresting sections, so you can focus on the best of the route.

  • Aosta Valley flavors

Cheese, ham, polenta, and fontina: every meal ends with a typical tasting.

  • Charming hotels

Peaceful nights in handpicked accommodations with views, so you start each morning refreshed.

  • Day 1 | Grand-Saint-Bernard to Aosta: the opening act

To kick off this 3-day trip, we don't hold back: a bus drop-off up to the legendary Grand-Saint-Bernard pass, with its history-steeped hospice sitting at over 2,400m. From there, we head down into the Aosta Valley, and what a way to warm up the legs.

First act: a balcony descent on a flowing trail, with breathtaking panoramic views over the Aosta Valley's high peaks. The kind of singletrack that sets the tone for the three days ahead.

We then climb back up higher, toward a wild and unspoiled alpine pasture, a total contrast to the previous descent, calm and grand in its natural beauty. This is followed by a long panoramic traverse, giving us time to take in the 360° landscape before the day continues.

Picnic break during the day, with an unbeatable view of the surrounding massifs, while our e-MTB batteries recharge and we recharge ours too, ready to tackle the rest of the day with fresh energy.

One last climb, then it's time for the reward: a great descent on fun trails down into Aosta, the finish line for this first day and the starting point for the rest of the adventure.

Come evening, we head to a charming hotel with a view, to park the bikes and soak up the calm. On the menu: a tasting of Aosta Valley products,  local cheeses, ham, polenta, and fontina,  to recover after a great day of riding. Then a peaceful night's sleep, so we're fresh and ready for the two days to come.

A first day that already sets the scene: wide-open alpine landscapes, varied singletracks, Italian atmosphere and two more days still to come to explore further into the valley.

    Dist: 60 km
    Elevation gain: 1,400 m
    Elevation loss: 3,100 m
    Overnight in a guesthouse
  • Day 2 | Sun-soaked traverse to Saint-Vincent, Cervinia and Châtillon area

Day two, a new vibe: we start with a balcony traverse on the sunny side of the valley, heading toward Saint-Vincent. The kind of route that rolls along on its own, with a stunning view of the Italian side of the Matterhorn keeping our eyes off the handlebars.

The trails are flowy, tailor-made for e-bikes: we link turn after turn with ease, the electric assist leaving all the room for pure riding pleasure. Batteries can be recharged during the day, to keep enough margin until evening.

Lunch break at a restaurant, to refuel before the rest of the program.

The afternoon brings a change of scenery: a second bus transfer after lunch, heading toward a new route between the Cervinia valley and Châtillon. A way to pack multiple atmospheres into a single day, the sunny morning slope followed by a brand-new playground in the afternoon.

At the end of the day, we head to the hotel. Our luggage, transferred by bus while we were riding, is already waiting for us. No backpack to carry,  just the pleasure of finding your things and catching your breath. In the evening, a typical meal awaits, extending the immersion into Aosta Valley flavors before the trip's final day.

A day that mixes things up: Matterhorn panoramas, flowy trails, a change of valley, and logistical comfort ahead of the final stage.

    Distance: 45 km
    Elevation gain: 1,000 m
    Elevation loss: 3,000 m
    Overnight in a full-comfort hotel
  • Day 3 | Final day: two new playgrounds

To wrap up this 3-day trip, the program keeps its generosity going: two bus drop-offs during the day, to explore even more new routes and keep things varied right to the end.

We use this final day to fine-tune the route based on the group's mood, the day's form, and current conditions, always in that spirit of varied singletracks, Aosta Valley panoramas, and flow we've enjoyed throughout the trip.

Then it's back to Aosta, with one last stop to wander around and pick up a few tasty treats, a way to bring a bit of the Aosta Valley home with you: cheese, cured meats, local products.

A great way to close the loop: new trails to discover, familiar sensations rediscovered, and last-minute local shopping. This final day sums up the spirit of the trip: freedom, varied terrain, and the pleasure of riding right up to the very last descent.

    Distance: 35 km
    Elevation gain: 700 m
    Elevation loss: 2,200 m

Christian

Tour leader & C.E.O.

Chris has been riding mountain bikes intensively since 1989 and has been a certified Swiss Cycling MTB guide since 2010. Founder of Exoride. He lives his passion for riding every day, not just on paper.

As a direct neighbor of the Aosta Valley, he's ridden the trails from La Thuile to Châtillon season after season, and knows every corner of this cross-border playground between Switzerland and Italy. This intimate knowledge of the terrain lets him pick out the best singletracks, the most stunning panoramas, and the climbs that are truly worth the pedal strokes.

Chris loves the region as much on the bike as at the table, and he also knows the best spots and products behind Aosta Valley's gastronomic reputation: cheese, ham, polenta, fontina, to keep the pleasure of the day going right through to dinner.

With Chris, you're not just following a route: you get to enjoy his local perspective for an authentic e-bike experience, blending trails and flavors, tailor-made and unforgettable.

Enduro Maroc is top-notch, with impeccable organization, trails that are as challenging as they should be, and long, long, long descents in a magnificent setting. And for the foodies, the food is amazing.

It doesn't feel like an organized tour, but more like you're on the trails you would have chosen with your group of friends, with the shuttle as a bonus. Bravo, Christian!

He's a top rider and takes great photos too. Sore eyes because the mountains are so beautiful, and sore arms too, because the trails are so tempting.

I spent a week with Christian exploring the Valais region between Orsières and Zermatt.
It was an incredible experience: the mountain biking challenges, the mountain views, the mountain huts for lunch, and the homemade dinners.
Each day, we took a shuttle to a new location and used the lifts as much as possible, then the e-MTB for additional climbs.
He adapted the descents/traverses according to my abilities and desires. He knows the local trails, huts, and access points very well.
I end this week with gratitude, a sense of wonder at the Alps, and the desire to return for more adventures.
