The draw will take place on March 30, 2023 at 6 p.m. The results will be announced on each platform, and the winner contacted by messaging.
RULES
1. General
This draw is organized by Exoride and is published on Exoride's Instagram and Facebook profiles. This competition is in no way linked to and organized by Instagram or Facebook who have no responsibility for the running of this game.
2. Conditions of participation
This competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the time of participation in this draw. For participation to be taken into account, the participant must scrupulously follow the steps as they have been explained.
Participation in the game is limited to one participation per person and per platform for the entire duration of the game. The participant may under no circumstances play using several different profiles.
Participation in this game implies full acceptance of these regulations.
3. Competition
The date of the draw is set for March 30, 2023 at 6 p.m. Any entries made after this deadline will not be taken into account.
4. Announcement of the winner
The winner of the draw will be announced in the comments of the publication. The winner will then have 7 days to respond to the comment and send us a private message via the Instagram and Facebook application messaging in order to receive their gift voucher for a day of shuttle in Valais, intended for the winner of the draw. as well as the person he/she tags in the comments.
If there is no response from the winner within 7 days, Exoride will designate another winner from among the participants.
5. Gain
The prize in the draw is 2 x 1 day of shuttle with guide in Valais. The gain cannot be exchanged in monetary terms or equivalent product, and will be given in the form of two digital coupon codes worth 90 CHF each to be used on a day of shuttle on one of the dates open on the shuttle page (https://www.exoride.net/fr/navettes-shuttle-en-valais.html ).
6. Exclusion from the right to participate
The participation of all Exoride employees as well as any person who designed this competition is excluded. Exoride reserves the right to exclude a participant for legitimate reasons such as attempted cheating or violation of the conditions of participation.
7. Right of cancellation/modification
Exoride reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition, at any time during the participation period if sufficient reasons so require, such as for example technical or legal problems.
Recourse to legal action is excluded. Swiss law is applicable.
