Modification of the program :
The program of each trip and tour on the site Exoride.net is given as an indication. Exoride will endeavor to follow it as long as all the conditions of this one are in optimal conditions for the safety and the good running of the group, but reserves the right to modify it according to the weather conditions, the condition field, form and level of participants, etc.
In addition, Exoride can not be held responsible for changes to dates or times that may occur on domestic transfers.
Registrations take place only via our website www.exoride.net. All registration is considered final upon validation of the registration form.
Payment for the trip or tour must be made on time. Payment of the full amount must be made no later than 45 days before the date of departure for a stay or 15 days before the date of a tour or a training course. Any person or group of persons who has reserved a service and who does not show up on the day of departure must still pay the full amount. Similarly, a participant who has paid only part of his / her stay, tour or other service will be denied departure.
In case of cancellation of an outing or a stay on the part of Exoride, especially due to difficult weather conditions or any other external events, registered participants will receive a voucher of the value of their reservation to claim on the provision of their choice available on the Exoride website, subject to the availability thereof.
Once the reservation is made, no refund will be made if the participant cancels less than 45 days before departure for a trip, and 15 days for a trip. Refunds are made only in the form of Exoride vouchers. Reimbursed vouchers are valid for one year (365 days). It is compulsory to subscribe to a cancellation insurance with your airline or via your credit card to be compensated in case of impediment due to force majeure. Please check with the organization providing the cancellation insurance for the terms and conditions.
The prices displayed on the Exoride website are in Swiss francs. The price includes VAT taxes per person. When registering, the rate applied is the one that is defined on the booking page of the chosen service, subject to an error on our part.
All participants in Exoride trips and MTB tours do so under their own responsibility. Exoride declines all responsibility in the event of an accident. Each participant is required to receive RC insurance. Exoride also recommends a subscription to REGA, which covers you not only in the event of an accident on one of our outings, but also during your outings in general.
You must be in receipt of assistance insurance, repatriation & medical expenses. Before leaving for a tour or trip, check with your insurer that your insurance policy covers the chosen destination and includes the costs of rescue and repatriation.
Be careful, insurance linked to certain credit card does not necessarily cover some special emergencies services.
When booking your flight it is mandatory to take out cancellation insurance and recommend insurance for the loss or theft of your luggage or your bike.
Exoride strives to offer the best conditions of security and supervision on each service. However, mountain biking remains a risky sport and the mountain is a dangerous environment. By accepting the conditions of use here at the time of your registration, you acknowledge to be fully aware of these risks and you and your loved ones waive all claims and lawsuits against Exoride and its partners for possible bodily injury, death and property damage.
